One time sessions are available to established clients who are already familiar with and engaged in the coaching process.
You are welcome to pay in 3 week installments for the longer programs, but once you are signed up, you are obligated for the full amount.
Certainly you are able to stop coaching at any point. We do not have refunds because we offer a free discovery call to ensure we are a good fit. We allocate time and resources based on your initial contract and commitment with the goal of maximizing your benefits. However, we certainly understand that life happens, and should you need to postpone your coaching for a time, we honor your payment up to 365 days after it is made.
Our coaches keep everything confidential except as required by law.
We offer both in person and video sessions.
Life happens and if you cancel with 24 hours notice, we will be glad to reschedule you. We cannot reschedule group sessions.
No. This is exclusively a coaching practice. No medical advice or prescriptions will be given. Though some of our coaches have extensive medical backgrounds and experiences, coaching functions independent from, though often parallel to, the practice of medicine.
No. While some of our coaches have experience and are certified in divorce coaching, we are thinking partners who can help you prepare to maximize your time with your lawyer, ultimately saving you time and money.
No. To protect the integrity of the coaching experience, our coaches will not violate the confidentiality of our clients, except as required by law.
Absolutely. Both parties will need to participate fully in the discovery call and each session.
No. We often work alongside therapists and counselors, focusing forward on the future, whereas counseling generally involves significant emotional healing, particularly from past wounds. We are thinking partners who complement the work of a therapist.
